"Philanthropy" is a new Pet Shop Boys tribute album, but not just a cover tribute This album actually does not include any cover version of Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe's songs, instead you can find original tunes inspired by the PetShop Boys' career. The album is now almost done and the first 4 track EP will be digitally released by Bit Records Mexico on November 2007. A large percentage of the profits obtained from digital downloads/sales will go to "Hereford Kids First", a British charity association. Some songs will also be released as digital singles full of remixes. Profits from the remixes sales will go to both charity association and remixers/artists.
