Phosgore have released “Priority Targets”, a limited best-of album from the German industrial project, issued in digipak on Pro Noize, part of the Dark Dimensions group. The compilation collects 14 tracks recorded between 2009 and 2026, drawn from the project’s albums and EPs, assembling a cross-section of its club-oriented, industrial-rave output rather than new material.

The selection pulls from the albums “Domination”, “Warhead” and “Pestbringer”, together with the EPs “Slaves to the Bassline” and “Noise Cannon”, built on hard beats, cold synths and heavy low end. The tracklist is “Aggression Incarnate”, “Pain Tutorial”, “20 Ways to Kill Someone”, “Slaves to the Bassline”, “Dein Licht”, “Noise Cannon”, “Contagion”, “VX”, “Pestbringer”, “Noise Monsters”, “Detonate Devastate Annihilate”, “The Holy Inquisition”, “Panzerfaust Schiessen” and “Demon Core”.

About Phosgore

Phosgore is the German project of Florian Dietz and Sonja Dietz, working in an industrial-rave and dark-electro-techno style geared toward the dancefloor. The duo built a catalogue through the albums “Domination”, “Warhead” and “Pestbringer” (2015), alongside EPs including “Slaves to the Bassline” and “Noise Cannon”. The band records for Pro Noize, the Dark Dimensions sub-label that also hosts Noisuf-X, and “Priority Targets” draws that output together into a single limited release.

Since you’re here

we have a small favour to ask. More people are reading Side-Line Magazine than ever but advertising revenues across the media are falling fast. Unlike many news organisations, we haven’t put up a paywall – we want to keep our journalism as open as we can - and we refuse to add annoying advertising. So you can see why we need to ask for your help.

Side-Line’s independent journalism takes a lot of time, money and hard work to produce. But we do it because we want to push the artists we like and who are equally fighting to survive.

If everyone who reads our reporting, who likes it, helps fund it, our future would be much more secure. For as little as 5 US$, you can support Side-Line Magazine – and it only takes a minute. Thank you.
