N8NOFACE readies ‘Paranoid’ single produced by Dave Sitek
N8NOFACE’s synth-punk single “Paranoid,” produced by Dave Sitek at his Federal Prism Studio, is due July 15, 2026 via Stones Throw Records.
N8NOFACE, the Long Beach, California synth-punk artist signed to Stones Throw Records, is set to release the single “Paranoid” on July 15, 2026. Dave Sitek, known for TV on the Radio and production work for Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Weezer and Chelsea Wolfe, produced the track at his Federal Prism Studio. A public stream had not appeared on Bandcamp, Spotify or YouTube as of this writing; Stones Throw says a video, directed by Bobby Astro, and a full press release will follow once the single lands.
‘Paranoid’ marks N8NOFACE and Dave Sitek’s first collaboration
N8NOFACE, born Nathan Hose, stepped into Sitek’s studio for the first time as what Stones Throw’s Stephen Byrne calls an admirer of TV on the Radio intimidated by the room. Byrne describes “Paranoid” as the first taste of the pair’s collaboration, built from sessions that grew more natural as the songs took shape. The label points to N8NOFACE’s background touring arenas on Limp Bizkit’s “Loserville” tour, after Fred Durst personally invited him on the road, as context for a track the artist says reflects a life split between recognition and old instincts from the street.

N8NOFACE is the solo synth-punk project of Nathan Hose, originally from Tucson, Arizona and now based in Long Beach, California. Hose has recorded as N8NOFACE since relocating to Long Beach in the early 2010s, after earlier playing in the chiptune-punk duo Crimekillz. His independent discography includes “Stories of Those” (2017), “True Story” (2018), “Synth Up The Punx” (2019), “Just Here to Die” (2020), “Bound to Let You Down” (2021) and “Homicide” (2022).
N8NOFACE signed to Stones Throw Records, which released his debut single for the label, “Waiting to Wait for You,” followed by the full project “As Of Right Now,” a seven-track set made with Chico Mann. Bandcamp lists the album’s release date as July 11, 2025, while a Stones Throw announcement post is dated April 27, 2026; Side-Line could not resolve which date reflects the release’s actual arrival.
“Paranoid,” due July 15, 2026, is N8NOFACE’s first confirmed material produced by Dave Sitek since joining Stones Throw.
