Stockholm darkwave artist aux animaux will release a collaboration single “Demonizer” featuring Dancing Plague on August 29, 2025. The digital single was written, produced and mixed by her, with mastering by Doruk Öztürkcan (She Past Away).
“‘Demonizer’ is possibly my most personal song. It’s about the terror I went through after a breakup—being stalked, gaslighted, manipulated and demonized for trying to move on,” she says, adding: “writing the song felt like an exorcism.”
The pair met in Stockholm earlier this year during Dancing Plague’s EU tour and decided to collaborate. They will appear together on select EU and US dates in the fall (see the tourdates below).

About aux animaux
This is the project of Gözde Düzer (originally from Istanbul), founded in 2015 in Stockholm, Sweden. She performs vocals, bass and theremin and musically mixes dark wave and goth elements.
Early releases include the EPs “Black Holes” (2018) and “Stockholm Synthrome” (2020). In 2022, she issued the conceptual EP “The Hydesville Episode” and later “Hauntology”, which paired four originals with remixes by Tobias Bernstrup, Priest, and Majestoluxe.
Her debut album “Body Horror” followed in December 2023 via Manic Depression Records, in CD/vinyl/digital editions, with mastering by Doruk Öztürkcan from She Past Away.
Her most recent release is the single “Void Moon“.
