“Remnants Of War” is a collaborative effort between Tineidae (Ukraine) and Sole Massif (Lithuania), drawing inspiration from AI and its potential impact on the world. The album is a pure Ambient journey, tinged with a vintage feel that pays homage to early pioneers of the genre. The composition is personal and dark, with subtle ties to Experimental music. Some tracks are particularly striking due to their intense, sonic blasts. (Rating:7½).

About Tineidae & Sole Massif
Tineidae is the project of Pavlo Storonsky, a Ukrainian artist now based in Poland. He debuted in 2012 with the album “Lights” on Tympanik Audio, a release rooted in IDM, before the project became part of the Cryo Chamber roster and moved toward a more Ambient and Cinematic sound. In a prior Side-Line interview, Storonsky described “Remnants Of War” as a reimagining of a possible futuristic aftermath of war, a theme he linked directly to the ongoing war in his home country. Sole Massif is a Lithuania-based ambient project.
