Dark electro project Supreme Court will release “Full of unsaid Words”, its fifth studio album, on Infacted Recordings on 24 July 2026, as a limited CD and in digital form. The Chemnitz act, led by Kay Härtel, follows the album’s 2026 single “Walking with Shadows” with a thirteen-track set.

Supreme Court’s ‘Full of unsaid Words’ album and tracklist

“Full of unsaid Words” runs thirteen tracks and mixes hard club rhythms with slower, atmospheric pieces. It opens with the title track and continues through “Burnt out”, “Gun aims to my Head”, “Aggression”, “Freak on a Leash”, “Behind your Doors”, “Something Special”, “My dear toxic Friends”, “Light in dark Times”, “Walking with Shadows”, “What I am looking for”, “Confronting Fear” and “To my Wife”. Kay Härtel writes, produces and performs the material, with Enrico Kunze and Sebastian Nebel joining the project on stage.

The album arrives on 24 July 2026 as a strictly limited CD in a jewel case, alongside a digital edition. Härtel issued “Walking with Shadows” earlier in 2026 as the album’s first single, with an accompanying video. “Full of unsaid Words” is the project’s first album since “Avid for Revenge” in 2022.

About Supreme Court

Supreme Court is a dark electro project from Chemnitz, Germany, started in 1996 by Kay Härtel with Marcus Tischer. Härtel, who also runs the project DavaNtage, has kept Supreme Court on Infacted Recordings across its recent catalogue. The band issued “Yell It Out” in 2005 and “Hypocrites + Saints” in 2007, then moved to Infacted for “Keep Calm + Carry On” in 2009 and “Avid for Revenge” in 2022. On stage the line-up expands to include Enrico Kunze and Sebastian Nebel.

The act has appeared on the German electro circuit, including a slot on the 17th Elektrisch Festival bill in 2025. “Full of unsaid Words”, the fifth Supreme Court studio album, extends that run into 2026 and reaches listeners four years after “Avid for Revenge”.

Since you’re here …

… we have a small favour to ask. More people are reading Side-Line Magazine than ever but advertising revenues across the media are falling fast. Unlike many news organisations, we haven’t put up a paywall – we want to keep our journalism as open as we can - and we refuse to add annoying advertising. So you can see why we need to ask for your help.

Side-Line’s independent journalism takes a lot of time, money and hard work to produce. But we do it because we want to push the artists we like and who are equally fighting to survive.

If everyone who reads our reporting, who likes it, helps fund it, our future would be much more secure. For as little as 5 US$, you can support Side-Line Magazine – and it only takes a minute. Thank you.
