Real Farmer “Live at The Dalby Cafe” is a new four-track live EP from the Dutch band Real Farmer, released on June 26, 2026 through Strap Originals. The “Live at The Dalby Cafe” EP and a full performance video were captured at the Dalby Cafe in Margate, the first in a series of Strap Originals curated sessions.

Real Farmer bring a post-punk-adjacent sound that mixes DIY punk, angular art-rock and noise.

“Live at The Dalby Cafe” holds four tracks: “Heart Out,” “Missing Link,” “The Pressure Of Others” and “Once More.” According to the band, the session was recorded in a single continuous take at the Dalby Cafe in Margate, filmed by Roger Sargent with audio by Jason Stafford. The EP follows the band’s second album, “Two Wrongs Don’t Make A Right,” released on May 1, 2026 through Strap Originals.

According to Strap Originals, Real Farmer will support The Sisters of Mercy on the September dates in Spain, part of a run of European shows across the rest of the year. The Sisters of Mercy recently cancelled a festival to record a new album.

About Real Farmer

Real Farmer is a four-piece from Groningen, Netherlands, made up of Jeroen Klootsema (vocals), Marrit Meinema (bass, vocals), Leon Harms (drums) and Peter van der Ploeg (guitar, backing vocals). The band released its debut EP through Subroutine Records in 2019 and signed to Strap Originals, the label run by Pete Doherty, in 2023.

The debut album “Compare What’s There” appeared in 2024, followed by the EP “RF II” in 2025 and the second album “Two Wrongs Don’t Make A Right” on May 1, 2026. “Live at The Dalby Cafe,” released on June 26, 2026, is the band’s first live EP and opens a new series of Strap Originals sessions.
