Italian darkwave artist Giuly Goth released her second album, “Beyond The Broken Mirror,” on 21 June 2026 as a digital album. The Milan-based singer, whose real name is Giulia, recorded the six-track record with producer Jean Kat, who handled production, mixing and mastering; sessions took place at Wave Rec Studio in Vedano al Lambro, near Monza.

Describing the release, Giuly Goth stated: “Beyond the Broken Mirror is my own musical journey through fear. A path across my worst moments in life and my darkest feelings. If you ever look inside the mirror and not recognize your reflection, this music is for you too. Six original new tracks written in collaboration with the GREAT master of the italian alternative and gothic music: Jean Kat, and one ICONIC cover!”

Giuly Goth mixes ’80s post-punk and electronic production on ‘Beyond The Broken Mirror’

The press materials for “Beyond The Broken Mirror” describe a sound that mixes ’80s post-punk with a contemporary electronic approach, combining ethereal vocals and goth club-oriented rhythms across concept-driven songwriting. The album’s six tracks are “Dancing On My Fear,” “Labyrinth,” “Forevermore,” “Forbidden Pleasure,” “Another Way To Feel Alive” and “Sword In The Stone.” “Beyond The Broken Mirror” is available as a digital album, with streaming and download through Bandcamp.

About Giuly Goth

Giuly Goth is the stage name of Giulia, a gothic singer based in Milan, Italy. She started singing at 16 and, in 2014, began studying opera at a music academy. Over the following years she moved toward darkwave, post-punk and EBM, and in 2022 she released her debut solo darkwave album, “From the Abyss,” on 23 December 2022. That seven-track record – “Through the Void,” “Darkest Sea,” “My Scars,” “Hekate,” “All of Me,” “Sacrifice” and “Midnight Dance” – was produced, recorded, mixed and mastered by Wave Rec Studio, with the exception of “Midnight Dance,” handled by Midnight Music Studio. Giuly Goth continues that trajectory with “Beyond The Broken Mirror,” released 21 June 2026 and produced, mixed and mastered by Jean Kat at Wave Rec Studio.
