Estado De Bienestar has opened preorders for “Capítulo IV: La Fiesta Seria y Nuevas Formas de Tecnaco”, the fourth chapter in the project’s ongoing series, through Oráculo Records. The Spanish label and Bordello A Parigi are handling distribution for the release, a one-off limited edition of 300 copies pressed on 180 gram solid black vinyl across two 12″ records. Shipping is expected between 25 September and 5 October 2026.

Across the album, Estado De Bienestar moves between tribal dub, primitive electro, hypnotic ambient passages and classical piano structures. Most of the material was built from CV sequences driving synthesizers from different generations, and the album was recorded almost entirely in analog, keeping the lo-fi character that has run through the project since its debut. Oráculo Records, which has previously described the project’s sound as one that some international specialist outlets called “a new genre because of its unclassifiable nature,” refers to this direction internally as Transelectronica.

All tracks on “Capítulo IV” were remastered and mastered for vinyl by Daniel Hallhuber at Young and Cold Studios in Germany, the same mastering engineer who worked on the project’s prior releases.

Estado De Bienestar’s ‘Capítulo IV’ follows ‘Capítulo III: La Anarquía Sónica’

“Capítulo IV” follows “Capítulo III: La Anarquía Sónica”, issued by Oráculo Records on 27 September 2025, and the December 2025 single “Deadly Rhymes,” a 7″ pressed for Ombra Festival 2025 in a one-off run of 200 copies and drawn from the same forthcoming fourth chapter. No digital release date or additional preorder details beyond the shipping window have been announced.

About Estado De Bienestar

Estado De Bienestar is a Spanish project led by Nico Cabañas, co-founder of Oráculo Records and the Ombra Festival. Cabañas launched the project following the closure of his earlier ventures Synths Versus Me and Almax und Forte, adopting a raw, analog-driven approach for the new material. The project’s debut, “La Escorpiona y Guateque Punk,” arrived in May 2025 via Oráculo Records as a limited double vinyl edition of 300 copies on orange and yellow 12″ records, also mastered by Daniel Hallhuber at Young and Cold Studios. That release was structured across two internal parts, “La Escorpiona” and “Guateque Punk,” and mixed EBM, industrial dub, darkwave, breakbeat and jazz elements. Side-Line reviewed the album, rating it 8 out of 10 and describing a record driven by “icy, minimalistic sounds, complemented by sparse vocals.”

“Capítulo III: La Anarquía Sónica” followed on 27 September 2025, featuring a collaboration with Belgian synth artist Peter Bonne, recording as Chayell Zenn (Linear Movement, Twilight Ritual), who reworked his own track “The Enochian Keepers Of Time” into “Guardianes del Tiempo” for the album. The single “Deadly Rhymes” arrived in December 2025 as a preview of the fourth chapter, which Oráculo Records has now opened for preorder as “Capítulo IV: La Fiesta Seria y Nuevas Formas de Tecnaco.”
