Lights Of Euphoria – My Escape (Digital EP – Infacted Recordings)
Jimmy Machon and Torben Schmidt return with a new release featuring three original tracks and two remixes of the title song.
All three songs share a distinct Electro-Pop approach, marked by a minimal sound that is heavily influenced by Depeche Mode. While this influence isn’t entirely new, the resemblance has never been so explicit. These tracks lean more toward introspective listening rather than the dancefloor.
In contrast, the Beborn Beton remix and the “Club Mix” of “My Escape” are highly danceable—and easily stand out as the two highlights of an EP that, overall, feels more introspective. (Rating:7).
