Jens Minor returns with the tenth album from his Chainreactor project.
Over the years, this German sonic ogre has explored different phases in both style and approach. Now, however, he circles back to his roots—delivering raw power through a perfect fusion of Dark-Electro, Industrial, and Rave. Vocals have long since given way to the project’s signature use of classic yet essential spoken-word samples, and the result is music that hits hard and unrelentingly.
Repetitive sequences drive the pulse, occasionally disrupted by unexpected twists—such as a razor-sharp Acid line or passages subtly refined with strings. The overall impression is one of intensity: exhilarating, unpolished, and impossible to resist.
At this point, Chainreactor has nothing left to prove. With this new opus, Chainreactor once again unleashes a sonic bomb designed to devastate dance floors. (Rating:8).

Chainreactor was set up in 2009 by German producer Jens Minor, later joined by Kay Schäfer, mixing Industrial, Trance, EBM and Dark-Electro into a hard, danceable sound. The project’s seventh album, “Interlinked”, was released on ProNoize / Dark Dimensions in 2020, moving back to sample-based productions without vocals. Chainreactor has continued as Jens Minor’s solo project since, reaching its tenth album, “War Machinery”, again released on ProNoize / Dark Dimensions.
