Aesthetische
Aesthetische, the Brazilian electronic duo, released the digital EP “Every Beat Matters” on June 26, 2026 through Alfa Matrix. The “Every Beat Matters” EP collects four tracks and three remixes of “Chew The Loop”, and carries an explicit anti-extremism message.
Aesthetische bring a sound that mixes EBM, industrialized future pop and dancefloor electronics, with machine rhythms, synth hooks and forceful vocals. Gui Pires and Fab Viscardi cite Front Line Assembly and Front 242 as touchstones.
Aesthetische’s ‘Every Beat Matters’: tracks and message
“Every Beat Matters” runs four tracks – “Break The State”, “Thirty Two Percent”, “Chew The Loop” and “Parallel Worlds” – followed by three remixes of “Chew The Loop”: the “beat the loop remix”, a “shortmix version” and the “spit the loop mix”. Alfa Matrix previewed “Chew The Loop” on its compilation “Sounds From The Matrix 026”, released on June 19, 2026.
The EP ties its title to a stance against authoritarian rhetoric, fascism, war and prejudice, framing “every beat matters” as a call for awareness, resistance and unity; the campaign artwork carries the lines “Extremism has no place here” and “FCK NZS”. The label describes the record as turning “a simple message into a powerful call for awareness, resistance and unity.” The theme follows earlier Aesthetische records: the 2022 album “rvprty” was issued as a stand against far-right, anti-science and anti-democratic movements.
About Aesthetische
Aesthetische is the project of Brazilian musicians Gui Pires and Fab Viscardi, both previously in the electro-industrial act Aghast View. The duo formed this project in 2012 and have released through the Belgian label Alfa Matrix since their debut. Their albums include “Powerswitch” (2012), “HybridCore” (2014), “Co3xist3ns3” (2019) and “rvprty” (2022), alongside a run of EPs and singles.
In recent years the duo released the EP “Confidence Is Silent” in 2024 and the EP “Selling Fear” in 2025, the latter also drawing on the legacy of Front Line Assembly and Front 242. Aesthetische have also discussed their approach with Side-Line in a 2024 interview. “Every Beat Matters”, released on June 26, 2026, extends the duo’s record of pairing club-focused EBM with anti-authoritarian themes.
