Ghostbells – Three Levels Of Dark And Dance (Digital EP – Out Of Line)
Ghostbells is a new Electro project joining the Out Of Line roster. Jessica Perry and Jim Finley released several singles earlier this year, and this EP brings together three of those tracks.
The songs fall within the broader spectrum of Electro-Pop, while additional influences remain clearly audible, such as EBM elements and a more floating, Pop-oriented atmosphere in the closing track. The sensual female vocals are striking and perfectly complement Ghostbells’ sound.
Three tracks are not enough to form a definitive judgment, but Ghostbells’ brand of ‘power Pop’ already suggests a project well worth keeping an eye on. (Rating:7).

About Ghostbells
Ghostbells is a U.S. duo formed in 2025 by Jessica Perry and Jim Finley. Perry handles vocals, guitar, bass, and synths, while Finley contributes production, vocals, bass, guitar, and synths. The project mixes EBM and darkwave with new wave elements.
The pair signed to the Berlin label Out Of Line Music in 2025 and issued the debut single “Darkness Saves“, followed by further singles across the year. This EP collects three of those tracks. Ghostbells performed live for the first time in 2025 at Castle Party Festival in Bolków, Poland.
