Depeche Mode collaborators start up new project Das ShadowPosted on 28/11/08
Christian Eigner and Andrew Phillpott - who have both been working closely with Depeche Mode and on its members' solo projects - have started an own project using the production name 'Das Shadow'. The pair are managed by Daryl Bamonte, who has a long standing association with Depeche Mode. To date, Das Shadow have released two mixes for Dave Gahan (as B-sides for the "Hourglass" singles), Veto (for which they remixed the "You Say Yes, I Say Yes" track) and were recently featured on Yazoo's "Reconnected" EP with a reworked version of "Ode To Boy". A new track, "Navigate The Menus", and video is now available (see the video below). Check the band's MySpace page at www.myspace.com/dasshadow for more sound previews and details.
