Re-issued Sisters Of Mercy albums to hit streets next week

Out on November 3rd in Europe (and October 30th in the USA) via Wea International are three Sisters Of Mercy reissues: "First And Last And Always" (1985), "Floodland" (1987) and "Vision Thing" (1990). All of these classic SOM albums will contain bonus tracks which have been available on other releases (offical ones and bootlegs) for years already albeit remastered now. The bonus tracks on "First And Last And Always" are the tracks: "Poison Door", "On The Wire", "Blood Money", "Bury Me Deep", "Long Train" (in 2 versions) and "Some Kind Of Stranger (Early)". For "Floodland" the band delivers the extra tracks "Torch", "Colours", "Never Land (Full Length)" and "Emma". Finally "Vision Thing" will include the bonus songs "You Could Be The One", "More (Extended Version)", "Doctor Jeep (Extended Version)", "Ribbons (Live)" and "Something Fast (Live)". The CDs will be low priced.

Posted by: nitestorm on Nov 10, 06 | 11:27 pm re releases are needed, to create interest, a new album is also needed and, i have herd the new tracks, i think is 8 or nine, there are a few strong ones, crash and burn being my fav, if they want to, a album will do well, but with ppl like me who keep going to the gigs, funding AE and co, why should they. |
