Transmission shares “Cloud 9” video from “Cosmos” (Wave Records)

The French darkwave / synth / electronic act Transmission has released a new video for “Cloud 9”, a track taken from the 2020 album “Cosmos” on Wave Records.
The “Cloud 9” video was filmed and edited by project founder Sandrine Deville. It focuses on brutalist façades and metro areas in San Sebastián, Spain. Sandrine explains: “I wanted to create a dark and sexy atmosphere,” adding that the building façade “duplicates itself, evolves, oppresses.” The song itself closes the nine-track “Cosmos” LP.
About Transmission
This is the solo project of Sandrine Deville, based in Biarritz, France. The synthwave / dark-wave project is characterized by analog synths and drum machines, plus Deville’s custom 3D-printed violin.
The debut album “Cosmos” was released on October 12, 2020 via Wave Records (Brazil), with videos previously issued for “Cosmos”, “De Stijl” and “Suite Nuptiale”.
