Neostalgia - Nostalgifest in Malmö (Sweden) on 28/04Posted on 23/04/12
(Via our Swedish correspondent Beppe Betong) - Sweden's Malmö will be the place to be for swedish nostalgic electropop and goth-lovers on April 28. Taking place then is the Neostalgia - Nostalgifest with 12 bands and 7 DJs. Many of these bands haven't played live in years (some of the bands have not even played live in 20-30 years!), so if you are around, it's the moment to hop in. And in case you thought this was just a one-off, know that next year's edition is already underway as well with 3 bands booked so far.
The party starts at Babel where 4 bands will play, then it's time for a move to another place very close to Babel, called Deep where the rest of the bands and DJ's will play. Doors open at 6:00 PM and the first band (Page) will play live at 7:00 PM, the last band will end around 5:00 AM on Sunday mornng. Tickets and info.
The fest originally started as a Facebook group called "Synth- & Goth-Bildnostalgi från det glada 80-Talet!" and grew to a party of nostalgia. with 12 bands and 7 DJ's.
