Combichrist drop new single ‘Feraline’ via Out Of Line Music

Combichrist
Berlin-based industrial-electro act Combichrist release their new digital single “Feraline“. The track follows the 2025 singles “Desolation” and “RISE” and forms the third preview from the band’s next studio album.
Frontman Andy LaPlegua describes the concept behind the track as follows: “Feraline is a Goddess, symbolizing the return to nature. A way to connect to your own feral self, to truly be free from modern day society.”
The release of “Feraline” follows an Australian tour in 2025 and a European run that focused on an old-school electro set. One further 2025 date is announced for 19 December at Reithalle Dresden in Germany.
For 2026, Combichrist are confirmed for E-Tropolis Festival 2026 at Turbinenhalle, Oberhausen, on 28 March 2026, where they will perform an oldschool set. The festival line-up also features acts such as Ultra Sunn, Faderhead, Neuroticfish and Welle:Erdball.
The band is also part of the Dark Force Fest 2026 line-up in Parsippany, New Jersey, scheduled for 1–3 May 2026, alongside London After Midnight, Front Line Assembly, Das Ich, Leaether Strip, LaPlegua, Ultra Sunn, Rabbit Junk, Priest and Pig.
About Combichrist
Combichrist is an aggrotech and industrial metal project formed in 2003 in Atlanta, Georgia, by Norwegian vocalist and producer Andy LaPlegua (Ole Anders Olsen). Before founding Combichrist, LaPlegua was active in Norwegian hardcore bands such as My Right Choice and Lash Out, and later in the futurepop project Icon of Coil.
The project began as a studio outlet for harsher electronics, with LaPlegua as the sole recording member and a rotating live line-up. Early releases included the debut album “The Joy of Gunz” in 2003 on Out Of Line, followed by “Everybody Hates You” in 2005, which contained club tracks such as “This Shit Will Fuck You Up” and “This Is My Rifle”. Around this time, the band’s sound was sometimes described as “techno body music” (TBM).
In 2006 the EP “Get Your Body Beat” produced the single of the same name, which entered the Billboard Dance Singles chart. The next year the project released the album “What the F**k Is Wrong With You People?” followed in 2009 by “Today We Are All Demons” which coincided with extensive touring, including support dates for Rammstein in Europe and a show at Madison Square Garden in New York.
Subsequent releases such as “No Redemption” (2013), “We Love You” (2014), and “This Is Where Death Begins” (2016) moved the project further toward a hybrid of electronic and guitar-driven material. “One Fire” followed in 2019, while the 2024 double album “CMBCRST” marked a later-phase studio work, collecting tracks such as “Children of Violence”, “Compliance” and “Only Death Is Immortal”.
The live configuration has changed frequently and over the years has included musicians such as Joe Letz, Z. Marr, Eric13, Elliott Berlin, Brent Ashley, and Dane White.

Strip out the promo nonsense, verify what’s actually real, and decide which stories make the cut and which get tossed into the digital void.
