Ministry has released the first-ever official music video for “I’ll Do Anything For You,” the latest single from the band’s retrospective album “The Squirrely Years Revisited.” Out now via Cleopatra Records, the release revisits and reworks Al Jourgensen’s early synth pop material with updated studio versions.

The video, directed by Vicente Cordero and Ben Garcia, features frontman Jourgensen in playful attire, including heart-shaped sunglasses and pigtails.

“The Squirrely Years Revisited” includes nine re-recorded tracks from Ministry’s synth pop era, with three additional tracks exclusive to the CD edition. It features new takes on early material including “Work For Love,” “I’m Not An Effigy,” and “Everyday Is Halloween.” The latter also received a music video for the first time in the band’s history.

Available now in digital format, CD, and four different vinyl editions, the album follows 2024’s “HOPIUMFORTHEMASSES” and precedes what is expected to be Ministry’s final studio album in 2026, which will reunite Jourgensen with Paul Barker.

The band is currently on “The Squirrely Years Tour,” which runs through June 5, 2025. Joining Ministry on the lineup are My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult and Die Krupps. The current Ministry lineup features Al Jourgensen, John Bechdel (keyboards), Monte Pittman and Cesar Soto (guitars), Pepe Clarke Magaña (drums), Paul D’Amour (bass), and two backing vocalists dubbed the Squirrelettes.

About Ministry

Formed in Chicago, Illinois in 1981 by Al Jourgensen, Ministry began as a synth pop project influenced by the burgeoning new wave scene. The band’s early singles were released through Wax Trax! Records. Their debut album “With Sympathy” (1983) showcased a melodic, electronic sound.

Following growing creative dissatisfaction, Jourgensen shifted the band’s direction toward a heavier, industrial approach starting with 1986’s “Twitch” and fully realized on 1988’s “The Land of Rape and Honey.” This period marked the beginning of Ministry’s long association with Sire Records and their emergence as pioneers of industrial metal.

Through the 1990s and 2000s, Ministry became known for politically charged albums and aggressive sonic experimentation. Key releases include “Psalm 69” (1992), “Filth Pig” (1996), and “The Last Sucker” (2007). After several hiatuses, the band returned in the 2010s with new material and lineup changes.

As of 2025, the band includes Al Jourgensen, John Bechdel, Monte Pittman, Cesar Soto, Pepe Clarke Magaña, and Paul D’Amour.
