This Eternal Decay is an industrial dark-wave project formed by Riccardo Sabetti (Spiral69), Pasquale Vico (Date at Midnight), Andrea Freda (Spiritual Front), and Alessio Schiavi (Avant-Garde). Out now is the single and video “Rise & Fall”. “Rise & Fall” is the first single from “Spettro”, the new album by This Eternal Decay, set to be released on January 10, 2025 (Trisol Music Group). Musically the combo channels their passion for romantic darkwave, blending it with industrial rhythms and echoes of synthpop.

“Rise & Fall” will be available on all digital platforms from October 18, 2024 (pre-save here), but you can now exclusively view the video for the track right below. The video for “Rise & Fall” was created by editing together all the footage sent in by fans recorded during the concerts of the last tour. “It is intended to be a kind of “love letter” to our audience,” so the band says.

“Rise & Fall” addresses the issue of gaslighting so the band says: “A form of psychological abuse that is becoming increasingly common in many relationships due to the growing individualism in modern society. It explores the destructiveness of relationships centered around one person’s ego, which leads to the annihilation of the other, ultimately resulting in the complete loss of self-esteem and the desire to engage with the world. A toxic relationship from which the only escape is to disappear.”

About This Eternal Decay

This Eternal Decay made their debut with the album “I Choose an Eternity of This” (Trisol Music Group), which was followed by a tour through Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, supporting Samsas Traum twice that same year.

In April 2020, they released their second album, “Silence”, featuring guest appearances from Then Comes Silence and Theatres des Vampires. However, the global pandemic forced them to cancel several European tour dates. In June 2021, they bounced back with the maxi single “Leave”, which included the title track, two remixes by Kurs Lestat, and an acoustic version with Luigi Rubino (Ashram) on piano.

On January 7, 2022, their third studio album, “Nocturnæ”, was released, featuring collaborations with Hapax and Avant-Garde, as well as remixes by ACTORS, Ash Code, Wisborg, and A Copy for Collapse. The release was followed by the 15-date European NocTour in October 2022.

In 2022, the band recorded their fourth studio album, “Absølutiøn” (Trisol Music Group), which was released on May 18, 2023. The album’s release was followed by an extensive European tour, playing over 30 shows across the continent.

Austrian industrial act Nachtmahr has announced an upcoming November tour to coincide with the release of the new album, “Verboten!“, which is set for release through Trisol Music Group GmbH on November 1st, 2024. The band are set to be supported by System Noire and Antibody.

The tour will include nine dates in Germany. In addition to classics from the band’s entire back catalogue, the band will present material from “Verboten!” live for the first time.

Thomas Rainer adds: “More than any previous album in the band’s history, VERBOTEN! was a team effort, incorporating the expertise of the live band members, which led to fresh visuals and a massive sound, blending the best of old and new Nachtmahr styles.”

About Nachtmahr

Nachtmahr is an Austrian industrial and electronic music project founded by Thomas Rainer in 2007. Known for its aggressive, militaristic sound and provocative imagery, Nachtmahr combines hard-hitting beats with distorted vocals and harsh electronic instrumentation.

Rainer, who is also the frontman of L’Âme Immortelle, created Nachtmahr as an outlet for his harsher musical ideas. The project’s music is characterized by themes of control, power, and dominance, often portrayed through militaristic aesthetics, drawing inspiration from both cyberpunk and dystopian narratives.

He will now return with a new album, “World in Flames“, on Trisol Music Group GmbH next month.

“World in Flames”, set for release on CD and Black 180g 12″ vinyl, signed by Jérôme Reuter and limited to 500 copies, presents a stark and raw analysis of contemporary society. Unlike previous albums, this mini-album is a direct and unsparing critique of the modern world, divided into two distinct parts.

Rome was founded in 2005 by Luxembourgish artist Jérôme Reuter and brings a blend of martial industrial, dark folk, and neoclassical music. Reuter’s songwriting often addresses historical and political themes, with previous albums delving into subjects such as the Spanish Civil War, the French Resistance, and post-war Europe.

Out via Trisol Music Group on the 25th of August 2023 is the all new Rome album “Gates Of Europe”. And as you will notice Jerome Reuter’s musical project Rome again connects to its Ukrainian audience apart from the occasional live appearance.

Since 2015, shortly after Ukraine’s Revolution of Dignity and Russia’s covert invasion of the Donbass, the Luxembourgish singer-songwriter has regularly been including various Ukrainian cities on his European tours. Furthermore, Rome happened to give solo performances in Kyiv and Odesa only a few days before Russia’s full-scale invasion in February 2022; a time at which foreign residents and visitors were urged most strongly to leave the country at once.

A few months later, after having played several online charity shows in support of Ukraine, he returned for a solo appearance and thus was the first foreign artist to play a full-set show on Ukrainian soil since the beginning of the war. This appearance in July 2022 was used to gather donations for a refugee shelter in Lviv. In addition to that, one year to the day after Reuter’s last appearance in Kyiv, Rome played two already legendary full band shows in Lviv and Kyiv to commemorate the first anniversary of the beginning of the war.

“Gates Of Europe” starts off with a burst of the sounds of February 24th, 2022, the beginning of the full-scale invasion and proceeds almost chronologically through the first year of war. The 14 songs offer a glimpse on the inner life of a country that against all expectations is facing the storm with absolute resolve and courage.

The track is taken from their upcoming album, “Absolution”, set for release on May 19th, 2023. This dark synth ballad explores the concept of love as time passes, revealing how what once excited us can eventually become frightening.

“The Heart of a Lover” is available on all streaming and digital platforms from today, April 14, on. It features an Exfeind remix and an acoustic version of the track. And today Side-Line can exclusively reveal the all new video that will accompany the new single.

This non-traditional video showcases digital artwork created by Roman artist Alessandra Meneghello, also known as @disagire. The digital painting evolves in tandem with the song’s sounds, expressing the emotions woven into its sonic layers.

The album itself showcases eleven what the band describes as “murder synth-ballads” that delve into love as a simultaneously nurturing and destructive force. Norwegian industrial cult act Zeromancer are set to release their brand-new album “Orchestra Of Knives”, their first in eight years, through Trisol Music Group on September 24th 2021. The album artwork will be embellished by old family photos from the private Ljung vaults.

About Zeromancer

Zeromancer is a Norwegian industrial rock band formed in 1999 by members of the band Seigmen. The current lineup is Alex Møklebust (vocals), Kim Ljung (bass guitar/backup vocals), Noralf Ronthi (drums), Lorry Kristiansen (programming) and Per-Olav Wiik (lead guitar). They have released six studio albums to date; the latest, “Bye-Bye Borderline”, was released on January 25, 2013.

Luxembourg based dark folk act Rome is back with a new album: “Parlez-Vous Hate?”. The album is set for release through Trisol Music Group on January 29th 2021.

At the same time Rome also has released a new single, namely the title track “Parlez-Vous Hate?”.

After last year’s long player, “The Lone Furrow”, this is a rather quick return for Reuter heavily influenced on top by the lockdowns: “I must assume the sound of this record is mostly inspired by the anger and frustration of being locked in for about a year and watching your world crumble. It is not the most positive I ever felt, but at least in the studio, with your friends, for a little while there, you are master of your own destiny.”

Rome aka Luxemburg artist Jérôme Reuter is back with a new album: “Parlez-Vous Hate?”. The album comes one year after “The Lone Furrow“ which featured numerous guest artists like Alan Averill (Primordial), Adam Nergal Darski (Behemoth/Me And That Man), Laure Le Prunenec (Rïcïnn), Joseph D. Rowland (Pallbearer) and J.J. (Harakiri For TheSky).

Rome is an experimental neofolk and martial industrial act founded in November 2005 in Luxembourg as a main output for the songs of Jérôme Reuter.
