The 4th Synapsyche studio album, “Anti”, is out now as a 2CD set and as download on Bandcamp. The first disc holds 12 tracks of melodic dark elektro / industrial pop, while the second disc in this limited edition 2CD digipak, titled “Apocryphal Psalms”, features unique versions and remixes by artists such as Darkness On Demand, Lovelorn Dolls, Aiboforcen, Acylum, Miss Suicide, Fragile Child, Zeitgeist2511, Statik Sekt, Matt Hart and Dilatory Destruction.

“Anti” turns out to be a conceptual release which – and we quote the Italian duo – “delves into the rebellious odyssey of a 21st-century-born Messiah, diverging from the path of Jesus Christ.” As a result each song carries a double meaning, touching on provocative themes such as euthanasia, betrayal, adultery, feminism, love’s demise, and occultism à la Lavey/Crowley. All tracks were written and composed by Synapsyche (Marco Katatronik and Stefano Mannequinetik) except for “The Last Dying Flame” written and composed by Synapsyche and Chris Harms.

The Canadian Vancouver-based industrial act 40 Octaves Below has just dropped their new single, “Splintered”. The track is the first single to appear on the forthcoming full-length album, “MetaVersUs”.

Drake Moore explains that the focal point of “Splintered” is retributio: “The song itself is a casting that calls for the guilty to come to Justice.”

The single features four remixes from Matt Hart, Anthony (H), Live Evil Productions and Silence In Machine next to the original mix. The single is available now on all digital platforms including Bandcamp.

Out via Re:Mission Entertainment is the brand new video for the Swedish dark electro / industrial solo-act :Waijdan:. The video was made for the project’s newest single “Rip Them Apart” and today we can exclusively present you this video.

The video comes in anticipation of the upcoming album “Ravage:Defeat” by :Waijdan:. The video features distorted and glitched out horror footage synchronized to heavy beats.

“Ravage:Defeat” will be out on Friday, August 12th and will hold 10 new tracks. Re:Mission Entertainment will release the album both digitally and on CD. It will also feature 7 remixes from Grendel, ESA: Electronic Substance Abuse, Dread Risks, SPANKTHENUN, MATT HART, Hardpot and Binary Division.

Background/Info: British producer/singer/DJ Simon Carter -who released multiple collaborative releases together with Studio-X and German singer Fabsi last year released the EP “Beautiful Destruction”. Here’s now the album featuring eleven songs plus seven remixes.

Content: This production is clearly driven by solid Techno music which has been empowered by Industrial components. It creates a hard-banging production featuring Fabsi’s sensual vocals on top. The production of the vocals is mainly half spoken while the lyrics are in German.

Remixes have been accomplished by a diversified list of artists featuring Teknovore, Moaan Exis, Matt Hart, Ruinizer, SD-KRTR, Humans Can’t Reboot and Narconic. Notice the last 3 projects are still projects Simon Carter is involved with.

+ + + : I’m used to hearing Simon Carter together with Studio-X composing hard-danceable Technoid stuff, but this work moves far beyond all expectations. This project sounds harder and tougher. There’s a strong Industrial input getting this Techno sound evil and dirty. The cold sound treatments -especially right at the beginning of the album, are irresistible. I also noticed mind-blowing sound blasts. Together with the hot vocal parts this work stands for pure dance-sensation. I also have to say a word about great remix contributions from Teknovore injecting EBM vibes into “Hex Hex” and Moaan Exis getting “The Witching Hour” pretty raw.

– – – : Simon Carter took me by surprise except by the remixes from his other side-projects which don’t really add a bonus compared to the original versions. I regret that this album hasn’t been released like most of his other works by Alfa Matrix. This album deserves to be released as a physical format!

Conclusion: Industrial-Dance terror made by Simon Carter and sexy vocals by Fabsi. This work is an absolute must have.

Seattle (United States) based DJ Shane Aungst produced this monster megamix featuring a total of 38 tracks from “Face The Beat: Session 7” during long evening sessions in February and March 2022. He soon talked about the zombietapes, hence the title of this megamix. The original compilation is available here. Expect an interview with Shane Aungst in the next days

The release holds 3 parts being just over 49 minutes each totaling just over 147 minutes and holds extensive remix and sampling work by Shane Aungst. The full remix is available for free with all donations going to charity like every release on our Bandcamp page. This is the 3rd time already that Shane Aungst has produced a remix for Side-Line’s infamous compilation series. Today we see the release of the new album by the London based UK dark industrial act MATT HART, who you will know from our most recent free download compilation “Face The Beat: Session 7”. “Below The Terra Pt.1” follows the first single from the album, “To The Core”, which was released late last year.

The release is a move away from the guitar driven “Terra 3808” and offers a more electronic direction through the 9 tracks and should please fans of ESA, 3TEETH, Hocico etc.. The release was mixed by Adi Calef of DNA Studios, mastered by Krischan Wesenberg of Rotersand with artwork by Vlad McNealy of Kallistidesign.

“Industrial Beats” is the all new single from the Texas based EBM squad Spankthenun. The single features a whopping 10 different versions of the bouncy EBM track.

Next to a remix the EBM’ers from Kalt also made a total remake of the track with Kalt taking over vocal duties and rewriting the track from the ground up. Other remixers include DJ Matt Hart, Diverje, Dread Risks, SINthetik Messiah and an ultra-aggressive remix from Harsh R.
