Seamus- the same could be said for our electro-industrial scene. Honestly the same can be said for just about every "scene". But something about this abstract, lo-fi, often noisy and disjointed type of music that I find very appealing.
I was just as adamant about it in the beginning. I used to make fun of Salem and White Ring on the posts. But now I get it. It's like I see from a new view. You know how sometimes you watch a David Lynch film and everything just clicks into place? Other times you just aghast at the nonsense and insisting the plot is broken?
It turns out that people are saying "Witch-House", was a joke term, like "Goth" was originally a joke term. I do not know what this shit is called anymore and I don't care. I like how a lot of it sounds. Especially Fostercare, Zola Jesus, //TENSE//, and The Horn The Hunt.
