Adi Newton needs to seriously get on with it and release the freaking Clock DVA cd. Actually, what he needs to do is go grab Paul Browse and Dean Dennis and release the freaking Clock DVA cd.

Also, let me know how the Launchpad is. I was looking at the APC-40, but for traveling the Launchpad seems like the smarter option.

@Jairus: The SLZero is...okay. I kind of bought it for a few particular gigs a few years ago and don't use it anymore. Only some of the knobs/buttons seem to trigger midi that Ableton can Learn, and I've never gotten the 8 pads to do anything... Also Automap is a p.o.s. But the build quality is good and maybe the MIDI problems could be solved if I just showed it some love and figured it out..maybe.

Sounds like I'd have to upgrade to 8.0.9 to use the Launchpad. Hopefully that wouldn't be too difficult.
