Yes, time for another thread asking: What happened to this band and what are they doing now?? When is that new CD supposed to come out or is it coming out at all? I'll start:
Dance Or Die
Putrefy Factor 7
Splatter Squall (Cruel release?!)
Electro, gothic, noise, darkwave from the Side-Line

I think Dance or Die was already covered in the other thread, but I could be wrong.
Of cause this forums seriously lacks a search function. :)

Electro dinosaurs are few & far between. New electroheads have never heard of SS, PF7 & DoD . Sad but true "sniff".
wtf is Die Sektor up to
Perhaps no one cares, but I will have R010R news VERY soon :P
`michael
wasn't sleepwalk going to release a new album?
Yep they are working on the new album.

Old news but maybe you or someone else missed the posting....
Anyways on with the list...
Psychopomps
Electro Assassin
Heavy Water Factory (yes I know he does solo work but he always did)
Delay
Panic on the Titanic
Good Courage (yes I know he does Neotek but that last album sucked balls)
Mechanical Horizon
Mechanical Fault
thats enough for now.
Funny story! Today I went to go look at a Novation Launchpad at the local music gear store. The computer hooked up to all the monitor speakers was playing Meat Beat Manifesto, and I took a look at the iTunes playlist. Some seriously industrial stuff. I mumble, "wow, Young Gods..." and the sales guy behind me says "Yeah, I played with them in Rome!"
"...what band were you in?"
"Oh, just a little Vancouver industrial act. We were called Numb."
@Jairus:
1) :0 cool! and,
2) Did you get the Launchpad? I've got my eye on one too...
Who's Numb? :(
/mourn
1: Yes!
2: Yes! Just plugging it in now. Looking at this software to go along with it. I was torn between the launchpad and the APC40 -- and that thing is built like a fucking tank -- but the launchpad was half the price.
Ah congrats! Yeah I'd go the Launchpad, too. It's thin, light and would slip into a laptop bag with no problems. Besides, I've already got a SLZero.
Let us know how you go with the software. Do you need a different version of Ableton? I'm running 8.0.1 - some say it needs a later update? (assuming you are running Ableton?)
what about Sleeping Dogs Wake?
How is the SLZero? I was thinking it would go well with a pair of Launchpads, but I've never used it.
I had to update Ableton from 8.0.1 to 8.1 for the Launchpad to show in the automap devices list, but I suspect I could've done it with 8.0.1 if I wanted to do any config file hacking.
Here's mine:
-Infact (this was a totally awesome project, esp. the 2nd album)
-Remyl (yes, I know their EP just came out. Is a full-length next?)
-Thorns (this black metal, but their 2nd album is long overdue)
-Noisex (nuff said)
-ELECTRIC HELLFIRE CLUB!!
-Blood Axis, supposedly new album coming soon
-Xorcist?
-Dortsetshire
Being that my thread was ignored this is as good a place as any,
Lights Of Euphoria. What ever happened to releasing Landscapes?
Die Sektor is suppose to come out Summer of this year with a new release.
@Jairus
Holy fuck! A guy from Numb works at your local music gear store? Which one was it?
And does he not have any idea how freaking awesome his band was and how many people want them back (of course only Don Gordon could do that)? :)
re:
Noisex: I see him a lot around festivals and such, and he played an absolutely awesome show at Kinetik last year with mostly unreleased stuff. He NEEDS to get that album out.
Good Courage: Not gonna happen. It's Neotek now.
Psychopomps: Guy seems to poke his head out once in a while for a remix and such. I doubt we'll ever see another album, but I'm still hoping. :)
