    They're playing in Toronto soon, but not sure I can make it this year because of schedule conflict.

    Schwefelgelb is electro AND sucks...

    @EAR
    Debatable... listening to their latest album it's hard to tell if they're neo-old school in their current state or classic old school.

    @ kr-lik & djtekslave

    Schwefelgelb are Neue Neue Deutsche Welle, which qualifies them as neo old school to me. They do not literally copy the old NDW sound, but have added a couple of new elements from other genres like techno and trash electro.

    "Sucks" is a very literate qualification. Could you be more specific and elaborate why you don't like them at all Tekslave? :-)

    stein auf stein is the only song i like from their new album sadly.
    but i really loved my pornoshow from septic.

    either way imo it has nothing to do with NDW. just pure normal german electro.

  9. Ok guys back on topic:)

    Robert, check out Darkmen "Guilty" mcd & "Guilty By Association"cd (MOJ/Cop International). Good old school EBM!

  11. Spark! have just released their official debut.

  12. U.M.M. are like... one of the rare full-frontal Neo Old School EBM bands I really like. Probably has something do with the fact that Joao, who does music in U.M.M., also does music for Control Alt Deus, awesome punk harsh EBM band, who is again active.

  13. Spark! is also good ,though...

  14. It isn't pure coincidence that Spark! & U.M.M are featured on OSE:)

    Wow. This project really hit me when I heard it. Its incredible. Maybe not Neo-Oldschool, but quite a few influences. IMO. Apparently Dependent was going to sign him, if they weren't closing down. Now that there back... :D I've only got whats on the myspace, anyone know where to get the full demo?
