Portion Control's "Archive" Box devalued "The Man Who Did Backward Somersaults" CD

"The Man Who Did Backward Somersaults" used to fetch high prices on eBay. Not so much anymore. One of the best CD's I purchased in the mid 90's

Absolute Body Control "Lost And Found" 2CD devalued "Eat This" CD.

Asylum Party "The Grey Years 1" 2CD "The Grey Years 2" 2CD devalued to some extent the releases on Lively Art Label.

This post in no way is intended to downplay reissues or say the music is devalued. This is strictly from a collector's view.

I spend a lot time on Discogs and other sites to see what people are paying for stuff in and out of my collection. It is quite interesting.

You would think the prices would've gone down for some of the old :Wump: vinyl and tapes, but that doesn't seem to have happened. Almost all of that material is now on cd, either on 'Blutkind' or 'Preferential 'Legacy' or 'Mesner Tracks'.

I'm not even sure if it's devalued the 'BT7' box (which has 'Preferential Legacy' on vinyl), since whenever I see it for sale it's at a ridiculous price.

I was going to say The Sisterhood, but lo and behold, it's still out-of-print.

Tombs of the Blind Dead. I found it for ten dollars when people were selling it for $100 +. Now, you can get it for well under what I paid. But, hey, I still like the movie.
