    Yes. The new album is being finished. Words from the masters:

    "The new material is really shaping up and we have never been happier with the results. I think it will be our most confident, muscular stuff so far... It may take a few more listens and be a bit less accessible than violently alive - but we like it that way ;-) ..."

    I am drooling... :-D

    Yeah, Violently Alive was WAY too "accessible" IMO. I like them experimenting and giving the album variation.

    i've only managed to hear a few PC songs and mostly off violently alive and im definitely digging songs like "amnesia" "addiction rising" and "rise". i have crop on my ipod, it's just a matter of getting to it like the billion other things i have to listen to but i already know that "global" is a fucking awesome song. so i can't wait to hear the new material!

    Im partial to just about everything they have done. I remember in the 1980s heading to Philadelphia to go record shopping and shitting a brick finding used Portion Control stuff for like $5.00. ;)

    I'm partial to early Portion Control. Glad I picked up their Progress Report 1980-83 on 'Vinyl-on-Demand'. A worthy investment.

    All Portion Control is good. It's difficult to say what my favorite stuff is. I wish I had the money for that Progress Report 1980-83. It seems awesome! My wife keep threatening to buy if for me; I just don't listen to vinyl and I'm not sure about the DVD.

    Is the DVD all region?

    They just reissued Wellcome on CD, and also posted a sample kit for other musicians to download. Full Bloodied's release is moved to early 2012.

    I liked Violently Alive very much. It bothered some people because it was too straight-forward in terms of songs. I understand why that bothers people but I still think it's a great album. Definitely one of my top 2 albums of 2010.
