Well if this track is anything to go by, the album will be better that DIMD. Anybody heard a full preview of the album yet?

I haven't had the chance to listen to the album yet. A friend of mine however said DIMD was better.
I quite like this track you posted, I'm hopeful that the rest of the album will be just as good.
nice.
The other track i've heard (tragek) is good as well. Definitely getting this.
I'm listening to it ! I love it.
huh..Im not usually too crazy about Oghr's solo stuff but I like this track. I guess the music just doesnt do much for me or maybe Im expecting Puppy each time I hear him solo :/
Dude, DIMD was a very Skinny Puppish album.
I keep saying that the world would be a better place if Mythmaker was an Ohgr album and DIMD a Skinny Puppy album.
@Dodd
Ill go back and give it another listen and see. I cant even remember what it sounds like now man lol.
I love the song called "HOLLOW" !!! Perfect Atmosphere !!

100% agreed
Is this even out yet?
cool song. liked the other samples I heard, too. probably the first Ohgr album I've actively looked forward to the release of. but this stuff always fall into a sort of "puppy-lite" category in terms of my enjoyment/expectation, I know that's not really fair but...it's just not stuff that ranks up with anything Puppy, sooo.

I love Tragek and loving this track. So a must buy.
People looking for the old puppy are going to be consistently disappointed with each cd they release whether it's solo or under the sp banner. That SP died when Dwayne did and That was 15 years ago. They being older is also going to change the style and tone. it will be this way with all bands as not everyone wants to stay in that Sam niche and would like to expand further.
thanks to this thread i dragged out my copy of devils in my details. i listened to it maybe three times when i got it and haven't since..
This is the first Ohgr track I have ever liked. Very cool.

I busted out DIMD for the same reasons as few stated above.
I was not mistaken, it is quite terrible. Back into the hole of forgotten CD's with you vermin!

I'm going to go against the grain here and state that I hate this track. It's just utterly terrible on every level - the vocals which manage to sound more nippy and annoying than even good old regular autotune, the dumb as shit melody, the piss-weak beats or the lame sound design; I honestly cannot choose a thing I hate the most about this track.
Skuppy should have stayed in the eighties where they belong. HATEHATEHATEHATEHATE.
I think it's a great melody!
i liked the first Ohgr release, but i wasn't expecting skinny puppy
that CD had a really cool digipack too.
i don't know what happened to the album.. same that happens to all of mine i guess.. i wore it out. i see people with collections numbering in the thousands and i think "does he ever play those albums?" ... if he does.. he must not ever do it inebriated like i tend to do.. or listen to them in the car... when CDs go into my car is like shower time in prison
i don't think i've ever even listened to DIMD. what tracks are your favorites from it? i'll try to see if i can listen to some
i didn't dig the above track at all... but i also hated mythmaker at first and it eventually grew on me, some of the songs are kickass actually
who did the music for Ogre's track "full worm garden" on KMFDM's album? i think i bought Welt expecting a sound similar to that of "full worm garden".. it was different but i jammed the hell out of it
oh.. and Seamus.. imma kick you in the nuts. I'm glad SP is still around.. hell i even love The Process. Cevin Key has got to be one of my all time favorite musicians.. right up there with Don Gordon, the Dassing bros, Leeb and Rhys
