Mordant Music getting a mention here, very nice. Ian Hicks was a member of pc 2002-2005 but he's full on doing MM these days. His label releases mind rending work, Vindicatrix especially. The Baron's travelogues are awe inspiring. He also operates under the name Mr. Maxted heh heh.
Previous nom de plumes he has worked under:
Havoc

The stuff PC have been making the past few years is seriously excellent, so I'm very much looking forward to this.

No previews yet?

Great news and a great release for sure.

@silkonanswer
I will try to get some teasers on our myspace page soon. John, is working on a teaser video and should be ready soon.
I have listened the album a dozen times over already, and I can say that there are some great ones on there for sure. The only track that is not 100% new is Amnesia, since that one was released on Crop as a beta version.Posted 6 months ago # -

Portion Control -> top band in this decade !
absolute ideal ...

I want some teasers. I really don't need them to buy it but I am always intrigued by these electronic-masters. They are always One Step Forward.

Sigsaly Transmissions is the album more upbeat than Slug? Give us more info. U plan to get this album with the NTRSN album. You've got a great artists roster.

The album drops in 3 weeks and no teasers yet...I just got my Porcon shirt, I'm so ready to rock out to this it's not even funny.
Last I read their blog, this album is more aggressive and song-oriented, is that true? Not that every song will sound like "Amnesia" (can't happen with these guys anyway) but that was a very good indicator of where this album was going...yes?

I got the NTRSN album. It's damn good. It's also making me want more Portion Control.
Posted 6 months ago # -
NTRSN is fucking EXCELLENT! One of the most exciting albums I've heard in a while - I LOVE the old-school sound!
CAN'T WAIT for the new Portion Control!! They have quickly become one of my all-time favorite bands. The last several releases have been nothing less than GENIUS!!

Ok what the hell is their relation to Kojima Productions??

I'm a fan of PC since the "Hit The Pulse" mini-album. I finally managed to see them live 6 years ago supporting Skinny Puppy at the Forum, London. I travelled from Greece just to be there for their first gig after their 2003/04 re-activation. Everything these guys have done and continue to do is pure quality, always "One Step Forward". So there's no surprise that the "Violently Alive" album is again a winner; it's just Portion Control: hard rhythmic electronics trademarked.
P.S.:i looove Mordant Music!Posted 6 months ago #
