@C-Scan
Who needs music with a message when you could write a whole album about getting your hood washed or killing people.

Prefer myspace, much more userfriendly, much easier to edit the layout, much more freedom, etc.
Still fighting with facebook. If only I knew how to make a simple and easy to remember url for facebook.

@E101 - wow! it is amazing how similar our thoughts are. I absolutely hate it when bands think they only need a myspace page. Then when you go to it you can barely figure anything out. Just another case of cheapo/probably shouldn't be around bands using free space to place music that has no value.
When I first got onto myspace, I thought it was the coolest thing. Got in touch with people I hadn't seen in years. Then, in an instant, it was a giant whore-house. I feel dirty even looking at my own page. All of the one-up self promotion BS is more than I can stomach.

I prefer Soundlick than Soundcloud

you know what? mp3.com was really cool until those goddamn record label morons took it down.
soundclick was a good replacement but i think it lacked something that made mp3.com cool. our site still points to the old soundclick page http://malfunct.com
AND THEN THERE IS MYSPACE WITH THOUSANDS OF TERROR EBM BANDS
(I guess I can poke some fun at the terrorists here right? :)

facebook pages are cool but somehow it doesn't get as much attention from music fans? myspace seems more music oriented.

Yeah, I love the fact that I can check up on the new music from my favorite bands on myspace. I also like to check out anything new there.
I also don't like how Facebook limits the size of your posts. That doesn't both most people but I think it limits the kinds of thoughts you can have. Not that myspace evokes deep thinking but at least you could theoretically have a decent and in-depth blog.

@divider- the worst part is you can't even make messages long. I needed to email my friend instead.
