  1. Ooo rock me Amadeus
    Rock me Amadeus...
Rock rock rock rock me Amadeus
Rock me all the time to the top

    Er war ein Punker
Und er lebte in der großen Stadt
    Es war Wien, war Vienna
    Wo er alles tat
Er hatte Schulden denn er trank
    Doch ihn liebten alle Frauen
    Und jede rief:
Come on and rock me Amadeus

    Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
    Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, oh oh oh Amadeus

    Er war Superstar
    Er war populär
    Er war so exaltiert
    Because er hatte Flair
    Er war ein Virtuose
    War ein Rockidol
    Und alles rief:
Come on and rock me Amadeus

    Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
    Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, oh oh oh Amadeus

Come on and rock me Amadeus
    Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
    Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, oh oh oh Amadeus

    Es war um 1780
    Und es war in Wien
    No plastic money anymore
    Die Banken gegen ihn
    Woher die Schulden kamen
    War wohl jedermann bekannt
Er war ein Mann der Frauen
    Frauen liebten seinen Punk

    Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
    Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, oh oh oh Amadeus

    Come and rock me Amadeus....

Baby baby do it to me rock me
Baby baby do it to me rock me
Baby baby do it to me rock me
    Ja ja ja
Baby baby do it to me rock me
Baby baby do it to me rock me
Baby baby do it to me rock me

    Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
    Amadeus Amadeus, Amadeus
Amadeus Amadeus, oh oh oh Amadeus...

"@I`m Not The One: Do I remember it right that you tried out Leaether Strip ("Civil Disobedience" - 3CD and "AEngelmaker" - 3CD) as well for the very first time last year?

If yes, I am glad to see that you give X Marks The Pedwalk and Suicide Commando a chance as well. :-)"

@Electrohead, Yes, your memory is correct! You're to blame for getting me hooked on Leaether Strip. :0) Last year, I bought AEngelmaker first and then bought Civil Disobedience. I now have the first two Retentions as well as Be My Faetish, Walking on Volcanoes, and Yes, I'm Limited V (I'm in love with Io on the cover hehe). I look forwarda to hearing SC and XMTP albums for the first time. As you can tell, I'm slowly adjusting to the dark side of electro music. :0)

I loved Falco's Rock Me Amadeus as a kid adn still love it. RIP, Falco. Alles klaar Herr Der Komissaar?

The upcoming V/A "Old School Electrology Vol.I" 4-cd box-set would be a GREAT introduction! :D

lol at Nader! Yes, that would be a start. I do like the fact that Nordschlacht is in that box set. Other than Nordschlact, Yelword, Pouppee Fabrik, Armageddon Dildos, I see that there are lot of a bands that I have to discover. I just hate having so little time to listen to CDs and so little money to buy CDs. At times, intead of being excited about a new album being released by a favorite band of mine, I'm thinking about how I have to spend more money to get that release. hehe It is a good thing, though. Buying music is pretty much my only addiction.

@ Electrohead, lol! As you can tell, it's a good sort of blame. :0) That's why I'm glad that I found this board. I gave a chance to Leaether Strip thanks you, and I also gave mind.in.a.box a chance from reading some threads about them on this board.

It's really good! :D Some pretty "mushy" songs about love and whatnot but I like it.
