awesome!
This probes that some stuff that is being rejected by the "scene" is morte industrial than most of the scene is offering. The Reeko track is just amazing. Thanks snarf.
silikonanswer: exactly! Most of the music being passed as Industrial today sounds a bit more comercial trance, house, or even electro. A lot of this music is only available on vinyl. Thanks to youtube, you can listen to the tracks even if you don't own a turntable!
I am personally more influenced by this stuff then by stuff like Skinny Puppy or Suicide commando. Punch inc is also heavily influenced by this. They basically sound like a realy hard techno act. The funk of techno and the harshness of industrial combined is imho the way to go.
also some techno, that sound more ebm than current scene stuff

Nice. Sounds very electro which would explain the similarity with EBM. I had sort of lost interest in Motor. Especially since I saw their S.A.M-like live show several months ago when they opened for Gary Numan. The earlier stuff was really great!
franz&shape are really good. check them out. that motor feature was just a "happy accident!;)
I always liked Motor since I saw them open for Nitzer Ebb a few years ago.
Nothing new with what I'm about to post (I think everyone knows these guys by now) but I think they bare mentioning. They somehow represented a group of techno artists moving towards something like EBM; I guess it's EBM influenced techno. It's not completely minimal or exactly electro-ish but I think it's more EBM than 90% of the stuff coming out these days.

I'm a long-time fan of Zhark:
I have 98% of all the Zhark vinyl releases, fucking great stuff, dark industrial techno that sounds like trains in the distance echoing through an underground parking garage.

This is more Electro but I really love it. It sounds like first Lassigue Bendthaus:

What a selection! The Hure track is pure electro genius.
it´s not really minimal techno and not the best version of this track (but the only version I found on youtube), but I like Ken Ishii a lot and this Butter Bumb is 1 of my favorites.

Damn, that Reeko track is great. Do any of these guys have full length releases or just 2 track vinyl releases?
I'm afraid it is all only on vinyl like most techno/club orientated tracks, though a lot of these releases are becoming available through digital sites. I only found a few Reeko tracks on amazon.com. I wonder if more is available through beatport.
@silikonanswer

Ah well, Boris is clearly amazing though.
I did post this one before on another thread but it still kicks ass. HARD without heavy distortion. That's the way I like it!!!!
