Before the news some comments from me, silikonanswer :-). Check the latest Mentallo on Alfa Matrix, please. This release is great but it's really complex so is not as "instant" as other Mentallo stuff. Don't judge this release by the clips, it needs more time to get into than the past Mentallo releases. There are still copies left so you still could buy it. I recommended it 100%, after months I am still discovering this amazing record, sure you wont get tired of it as with other more easy listening stuff.

SHIMRI / MENTALLO PROJECT released on artoffact records many years back is avalible through DSBP records for only 5 bucks... this is a rare release of instrumentals someone once reviewed as music to play video games to... hmmm sheesh anyways i did most of this release while trying to learn software about 8 or so years ago - anyways only 1000 were pressed.... Tommy T has some avalible through DSBP his mail order service - the cd i believe is 73 minutes in length and has great artwerk design by none other than daryl litts... here is the info below if any of you would like to get your hands on this release while it is still around--- i was shocked that there were still copies floating around... TOMMY T is trustworthy and has been doing this sort of thing for years so... please help the guy out because the underground record labels and mail order services are not doing well in the advent of ... well we all know i dont have to go into it

Mainesthai was a side project of Mentallo's which featured vocalist Michael Greene and was signed to the Zoth Ommog label

and finally i have been working on several releases for alfa matrix over the past several years-- one being MUSIC FROM THE EATHER which will most likely be a limited edition only release in double cd format only.... sheesh possibly tripple im not sure yet. and then as well working on a new vocal release but that is taking some time... i really dig with what i have done musically for music from the eather...i played some of it for dwayne and he said it was for people who do drugs...uh go figure that one out...i wonder why...
and last but not least dwayne and i have pulled out all of our old master cassette tapes from 1985 - 93 and have been archiving everything in 24 bit to disk remastering the material, this includes demos rare outakes, remixes, a majority of it unreleased, BENESTROPHE and MENTALLO material.. but as well material i recorded with performance artist DAVID ZAMORA CASAS . also our pre-benestrophe material, what i call our cornerstone songs- the first material we ever recorded. and as well material i recoded with Jonni Pyre under the name MURDERERS AMONG US.... during the years or 87 -91...
so far we have archived around 9 hours of unreleassed material.... im shocked at how good it sounds after all these years- i rarely played them because they were the only copies i had and they were the master tapes..most of them nostalig for me and close friends... anyways hopefully you guys and gals may get to hear some of this one day soon in a limited cd format..
