Somehow the whole IDM scene was good until 2010, then started to become a bit repetitive.

There are still a few great releases out there but many of them have been disappointing.

I'm not familiar with what sort of IDM you're after. Are we talking Warp/Skam stuff, or more generally. I'm not familiar with IDM as a whole, but some of my favourite artists are labelled that way. Most of the big names from that sound constantly evolve their sound I thought...

If you're into Skam, VHS Head got into a lot of people's Best of 2010 lists with an album he made mostly out of chopped up VHS Tapes. Gescom just released an EP too, and Nuearz isn't half bad either.

Beaumont Hannant has quit making music as far as i know. I have an album and a single of him here, and its quite good.
Wagon Christ has a new album out: http://www.discogs.com/Wagon-Christ-Toomorrow/master/319209 and is also busy with his his electro and DJ stuffies under his own name Luke Vibert. The others i don't know.

things come and go...and if they are good they come again.
last 2 years was the time for dubstep (and it´s again almost forgotten here). Before was the time of Breakcore, seems like 10 years ago already. Lets see whats next.

IDM was always a very difficult genre to place, and tends to bleed into other areas like drum'n'bass or dubstep, etc.
I like everything Tympanik did/are doing.

There's plenty of good stuff currently, but it really depends on what your after.

Especially considering its not really a genre, more of a place to put stuff you can't be bothered figuring out the genre for.

As for me I will not be satisfied until something new comes from Keef Baker. His last album Pen Fifteen / Light City was epic.
