   Wow. Kattoo hit with a vengeance on this one, it's like he never went away at all. Keep it up, Volker! There must be a Kattoo/HECQ collaboration at some point, these two fellow's styles would compliment the others righteously. Maybe some Hexer or Mordant Music remixes to seal the deal.

   5 euro for the 320 mp3 version of this.... FIVE FUCKING EUROS. The mind boggles.

   Off topic: get your asses to the alphacut records website and nick a copy of the new Hexer 12". 200 only. Dots&Dashes in September.

    you know, that will never happen.

    some of the new kattoo album isn't that different from hang on to a dream, but many songs are more beat oriented and throw down the funk

    can anyone point me to a good burning program that i can burn these .wav's onto cdr with?
    windows media player isn't allowing the files to be recorded onto cd..

    Some illumination from the man about the album and what it symbolizes:

    "four years is a long time to wait for my new album, but there was a reason because it have take so long ... in the year 2004, 2005 and 2006 i have invested every year more than 6 months full time work for production of my albums. after that i was completely out of money and in the following years i have needed all my power and time to recover my financial situation. i must finance my life like every other people, and music can not help me with this ... sorrily it causes more problems as it brings advantages, that is the sad truth. therefore i'm not really back in music making, if the self distribution with donations don't work ... be sure that this album is the last KATTOO release. it is the last attempt and if it fail, the KATTOO project is dead and i don't waste my time anymore with producing music that only few people really support. the people should not see this album as a new beginning, it is more like a farewell present for my few real fans and with a very small possibility of a continuation. all depends from my audience and if they prefer to thank uploading poseurs from pirate websites than they should ask also the pirates when they produce the next release and not me ..."

    wow, thanks for bringing this up. i wasn't really aware of kattoo before. i downloaded the new one and "hang on to a dream," since that one didn't seem to be available on CD in the usual places (tympanik, n5md). i'll probably pick up megrim from tympanik shop with my next order.

    shame that this might be the last one.
