I have this vivid recollection of a 1980/1979 sci-fi movie that I can't place. All I can say about it is that it featured man trying to evade a killer who used a "freeze" gun to stun people (mentally) while he would either kill or rob them. I also seem to remember the end of the movie taking place at a Network studio where commercials were filmed holographically. Does that make sense? I don't know. I just want to find this movie. I don't know who the actors were. My biggest lead is that it features some awesome 1979-ish fashions; you know, it looked like the antagonist was Giorgio Moroder's brother.

Cool. I saw it back in the early 80's. I really liked it.
I think it was a Michael Crichton story. I recall his name
Attached to the film. Now I want to watch it again.Posted 5 months ago # -
It's a Michael Crichton story and he directed it too. I was wanting to watch it because I remembered that it had a cool synth soundtrack.
