I like it. According to his Facebook page he regards his music as techno, but I don't know? Sounds old industrial to me.
I like it as well.
There are more artists who are from the techno/hardcore scene and make stuff which is industrial. Some of it is really really good:

@Miasima Goria
This is definitely more industrial and less techno that most industrial artists I know
But I like it when people try to bend the ideas of what "techno" is. Generally, words like "electronica" should be deprecated, and we should all go back to using "techno" about everything.
I like both these songs, cheers! Sounds more industrial then typical ebm, which is not really saying much.
campee: awesome thanks for posting!
And yes it is pretty techno sounding. The term techno is used way too much as a blanket label. The use of the term Techno came from Detroit Techno which is pretty much bass and beats, very minimal.
And by minimal that doesn't mean there's no room for progression in sounds and atmosphere.
I've heard Faderhead be referred to as Techno Industrial. That's bullshit. More like commercial hard house industrial.

No, no, no and no. Don't be like the majority of musically oblivious americans.
Techno is only ONE of the multitude of genres the belong to the Electronic Music umbrella.
I hate to talk to the average american about electronic music because any electronic sounding music they hear they call it techno.
Acid House? Techno! Electro? Techno! Drum n' Bass? Techno! EBM? Techno! Synthpop? Techno! Dubstep? TECHNO!
A better blanket term would be simply "electronic music"

Well, as long as no one can agree on what that "one" genre IS, I refuse to use the word "Techno" as such.
Sure, it may have started out as the detroit techno scene, but the term has been "watered down" for the past 20-25 years, so using it to describe the genre that originally coined it(?) would be lost on most people. Besides, the origins of "techno" are quite different in USA (where it's mostly minimal techno kinda stuff) and Europe (where it's more heavy beat stuff, like new beat, acid house, etc).
Back in the late 80's, people used the term "techno" about bands like F242 and Apoptygma (yes, they were around then) more than they'd use "EBM" - at least in my part of the world.
Basically, people use (or used) "Techno" about all electronic genres focused heavily on synthlines, beats, gates, arpeggiation, etc. more than vocals and a verse/chorus structure. Be it trance, house, ebm, electro, or whatever. With the advent of dance music during the 90's, "techno" became recognised as a very frivolous and generally stupid genre, so people stopped using the word, and "electronica" became popular for describing more serious music (usually of the ambient type), but as a genre term it's just as vague and random as "techno" had become.
I tend to use "Electronic music" as well, but I think it's more misleading as basically all modern pop music that isn't rock music, is mainly or entirely electronic, and has been so for nearly two decades.
I think Ishkur describes it quite well in his guide to electronic music.
oh my how the tables have turned, now all the great hard minimal comes from UK and other "techno" artists and producers who were inspired from Industrial Records and Detroit Techno.
There really is no other term or label to describe actual "techno" then. What would you suggest?
Actually I think the best idea, if you want to generalize the term, is to use Techno followed by a more descriptive subgenre.
Just like the term Industrial(Industrial EBM, Industrial Rock, etc).
After all I wouldn't want to confuse Lady Gaga "techno" with

Though the thing about modern techno is, it's far more popular and current than any band making actual Industrial music today.
Keep them coming!
"Like going to the tube station for example, getting the haunting ambience of a train. Or when the cars drive over the bridge, you can hear this haunting ambience that's kind of like screeching. It's really, really surreal. So quite often I made a note of sounds like that and then came back and recorded it.
There's a track called "Armed 3" [on the album] that the percussion was made out of tin foil. You just scrunch it up and then there's a great metallic sound and then that's heavily processed and distorted. Most sounds have been processed probably like ten times—bounced, distorted, crunched, pitched, reverbed, bounced again. And each time you're bouncing it, it kind of inspires you to do something else and that's kind of why I find using recordings really helpful because they're like the catalyst, they're kind of leading the way. They're showing me a direction and I'm just going with it. It's like you've got two people almost working together—you capture something and then it's the two of you and the computer. It definitely helps when you're stuck for ideas just to get the microphone out."
So the guy has a very Industrial Ethos. Very nice.

Thank you Industrial/EBM record labels for releasing music so shitty and irrelevant that your fans have moved on to actual progressive dance music instead of listening to your drivel. Ha ha. Irony.

Speak for yourself, I still order discs from metropolis and the like.
You are awesome! \m/ Thank you for that!

No Sorry, But this "Techno" or "Electronic" Music still sucks. So what? A Guy looped a 4/4 sterile beat with no melody on his computer and you call it Industrial. This shit ain't no Skinny Puppy, this shit ain't no Front Line Assembly. This is just boring Techno that doesn't have any imagination.
