The thing with hip hop being all about making money is what makes someone like me not able to get into it. I like to hear musicians sing about other stuff than just "getting theirs". You are right though about this scene's fans though. It seems like alot of them have this punk rock elitist attitude about music getting to popular. There has be some middle ground for me. I want meaningful music but I want my favorite artists to be finacially rewarded enough to keep doing it and enjoy life at the same time.
As for God Module, I don't love them or hate them. The first album and the Victims of Amongs Friends EP or whatever its called were awesome. This new stuff of theirs seems to be better than the last stuff of theirs.
