    I like it! It's minimal industrial-electro without trying too hard to convince me.

  5. finding threads on side-line is annoying...

    anyway

    I've got around to giving the album a genuine listen. I think its really fucking cool. Some interesting and original vocals could really work with this... but i don't mind instrumental tracks, i really enjoy them.

    i really like the tracks Fracture and Unrest

  6. I agree, like I said on the other thread for this. It is very intricate and interesting. My only criticism is that the drums need a bit more oomph. I am trying to convince him to drop vocals on the newer stuff as well, or hell, maybe just some obscure movie samples :D

    Thank you so much for being interested guys!

    This is the first time I have ever released any of my music publicly. It's really a learning experience for me. I have done singing in the past. I have become more critical of lyrics as I have gotten older. I feel that if you are going to immortalize your thoughts or emotions you better be sure of what you are doing. We'll see what happens.

    Until then... I hope people enjoy the record!

    I have to say i am far less positive then the other people here. My main critisism is that all the tracks sound the same and seem to use a lot of the same sounds making it dull and repetitive. Songs and melodies are also not topnotch. All in all its a pretty boring album, though i can hear you might have some good ideas, and i think you can make it work if you put in some more extra work. For new songs try to use a much broader amount of sounds, use different drumsounds in your production, and it is very clear to me you need a vocalist to make the songs work. To me this still sounds like demo's which need to be worked on and refined.

  10. Just checked this out. Yeah, definitely needs vocals! Other than that, carry on :)

    @DJKRAT

    At first I was offended by your rude tone in a public forum... Generally it would be more polite to express such distaste for someones hard work in a private message... I decided that I would look for something constructive in your criticism and listen to your music on tproe.com. Surely this would give me an idea of how I should fix my melodies and broaden my sounds... I wanted to hear some good examples of "top notch" (as you worded it) songs and melodies ... Saying my songs are "Dull and repetative" along with the melodies not being "top notch" are all ways of saying my songs are bad...

    I got really worried about the wasted effort i put into my music.

    Then I pressed the play button and listened to your "music"... Are you serious?

    Thanks for cheering me up. I feel much better now.

    I especially love the melodies and "top notchness" in:

  12. @ Digiflesh - Seriously, if you think that's rude, you've obviously not lurked enough here on the forums ;)

    I wouldn't worry too much about what a combichrist loving dj says with regard to your work, Digiflesh. Keep the vocals out, I quite like what you've done here.

    Maybe change the key of each song. Playing through the first few seconds of each track, it sounds like every song has the same root note. It's got a nice vibe, just maybe change it up a bit.

  15. some stuff really fucking sucks.. and i guess i'm rude... but shit.. yes it is shit. shit like 180 Degree Manson, Blix aka severe head trauma(i kinda miss those 2) and that thing DJKRAT is trying to pass off as any sort of aural creative endeavor are all horse shit and absolutely must be treated as such.

    not that i needed more evidence that most DJs are vapid, talentless sheeple(thx tommyt).. but its kinda nice being reminded that i'm right

    @DIGIFLESH:

    Way to take the high road, there, dude.

    You honestly think that reply was all that bad? I suggest you really need a new outlet if your skin is that thin. He even specified what he didn't like instead of just saying "You suck!" and leaving it at that. You can agree or disagree with what he said, but you DID ask for opinions.

    Anyway, stay classy.

    Since you brought that up... Please quote me where I asked for opinions. I don't believe I did. Not that I mind constructive criticism... Such as the polite ones that heretic909 and rogue process suggested.

    I suppose you are suggesting that being rude and articulate is much better than being rude and vague... That makes plenty of sense.

    Thank you for being "classy" and taking the "high road" by suggesting a "new outlet" for me because you think that I have a "thin skin".

    unfortunately the second you put your music into public forum its subject to public scrutiny, which sometimes isnt so fun. Its up to you weather you take it to heart or not! There will always be some people who will shit on your creativity but isnt art subjective?
