    The weather in NYC is supposed to be fierce this weekend with the coast and Long Island getting hit pretty hard by the residual hurricane weather. Just a heads up, you might want to bring a poncho or something and give yourself extra time getting to NYC.

    Saturday and Sunday look fine, just Friday that might be a little stormy from what I've seen.

    weather's all right, but tell me isn't this the shittiest venue ever? it's a wedding hall kind of place run by the russian mafia. how the hell did they find this one? and yeah, they did try to throw me out on friday for no apparent reason. first they said i drank too much, and then they said they had "some information". weird shit.

    the sound system isn't that pleasant either. luckily the icon of coil show was great so i have no major complaints :)

    isn't it an odd little place? I was there for the Covenant/Terrorfakt show back in May. I actually don't mind the set up (even if it is a wedding hall) but the acoustics are weird. My friend thinks it's the low ceilings, perhaps?

    At least having the option of watching from the balcony or around the elevated perimeter of the dance floor is rather nice. (I'm short, so I appreciate a better vantage point.)

    Also, it was kinda funny and out of place to have restroom attendants. A little old lady hanging out with the goth chicks in the ladies' room, handing out paper towels. Hmm.

    The sound is ok but the mic cutting out over and over is irritating. It does seem to be run by the russian mob or something, the first night it was chill and the second night they were making people empty out their pockets and scanning drivers licenses...I am scared to see what they do tonight

    @krushyou: It was strange. There were dudes hanging out after the event, talking some bullshit about the attendees and there was some kind of shouting and perhaps a fight going on as we were going out? Were you one of the two guys I talked to while going to subway? You were trying to get into the dunkin donuts I think. Was it open or did you break in? :P

    Today I'm hanging out with Dracos, the security seems to be a bit scared of him hahah :) BTW, I wanna see that drunken photo they shot for the Italian mag. :)

    HAHA holy shit yes that sounds like me, I was pissed because the fucking sign said 24/7 and saturday and sunday it was closed after 4, where the hell was the 24/7?? Yeah after the show on Saturday some heavily tattooed guy was going on and on about some bs, I don t think anyone got hit but way too much drama at 4 in the morning.
