    Is Cold Cave any good?

    I've heard the song "Icons of Summer" which is pretty cool. Are they worth checking out? If not, what else should I listen to instead?

    If it helps, I like White Care and Gatekeeper.

    I like Cold Cave for being a bit more experimental than many minimal wave bands.

    I missed their show in Montreal the other day :-(

    Icons of Summer is my favorite song on that album. The rest of the album is average joy division / minimal wave music

    I have yet to hear them live up to all the hype. IMO they are the lesser of thier contemporaries.

    So Cold Cave isn't mind blowing...

    I will not buy their album then. Decision made.
