Following an EP named "Trail Effect", Cellmod has just released a full-length album "Adevolve", available digitally through Sector 9 Studios (label run by Negative Format).

This album is really incredible. It's like a mixture of progressive trance, a bit of industrial and noise (but not enough to make it unplayable at more commercial parties), some psytrance elements and even a bit of 8-bit chip-sounds on there. The tracks, while primarily fitting in the trance-field, are filled with hooks and I'm really blown away by the overall production and execution.

I really cannot recommend this album highly enough, especially to DJs.

You can preview and purchase the album here:

It's also available from iTunes, eMusic, Amazon, etc, etc.

Sector 9 Studios used to do CDs (they launched bands like God Module and System Syn before Metropolis, as I understand it). But the label is 100% digital now, and trance-oriented, so Cellmod CDs aren't available unfortunately.

@Apexxx: Ah, damn, "Option One" is the name of the EP. I said it was "Trail Effect" in my original post but of course that's just the name of one of the songs! Oops...

System Syn would be correct but God Mod was actually on Inception first.
