We just wanted to say that DSBP Records is very sorry to Chi AD, Northrulerz, and Thomas Rainer for working with Schattenschlag and releasing a 100 CD duplication of the CD "psychosis" which had a track from each of the bands on it without their permission and without my knowledge, and to Thomas Rainer for allowing the bio from Schattenschlag to be used on our website which was plagiarized from his bio...

DSBP did not have any prior knowledge to any of this before it was released, and we didn't put any of it online at the digital stores either...we have now taken the CD off the market, and all information related to this band removed from our website to avoid further confusion, anger and accusations...

The reason this took a month to sort out was because i wanted to give the said artist a chance to redeem himself with licensing the songs legally, and to get paid back for my investment into this band which ended up with me being compensated for what i paid out..Not everything gets sorted out overnight, and since the said artists didn't mind too much, we took our time in getting all of this worked out.

we wanted to clear the air to everyone reading all the drama going on, and apologize to the bands involved.thats all , take care.

Tommy you are one of the scene TRUE supporters. Keep on releasing stuff :-) I have not visited your amazing shop for ages because now I usually buy from European retailers, I live in Spain. But DSBP kicks ass! A big hug.
