It seems there's totally new album on the way, 'Shattered Illusion', in mid October. I only discovered the band relatively recently, when picking up the Wind-Rewind compilation. The songs are so catchy, even though minimalist, and they still retain a hint of the early EBM sound. Which other bands sound most similar that i should seek out?

    Check out:

    The Actor
    Experimental Products
    Oppenheimer Analysis
    Transparent Illusion
    We

    and everything Raedarius mentioned!

When Absolute Body Controlled played Brooklyn a few years back it was amazing. Dirk is great on stage no matter which group he is with.

Well, nothing sounds quite like ABC, but apart from what the others said, you might want to check out:

    Ensemble Pittoresque
    Snowy Red
    Informatics (for example this: http://www.immediate.com.au/informatics/order.htm)

Just discovered 'The Rorschach Garden' which i'm loving, and an order has now gone off to Ant-Zen.

Amazing how much bloody music is out there waiting to be discovered!

love both ABC and The Rorschach Garden, although I get enough of the latter a bit too quickly while ABC are just amazing - so simplistic and easy-listening and yet I could play them almost every day with fun

can't wait for the new material
