The new single of Girls Under Glass features nobody else but Mister Peter Spilles, the singer of the legendary dark electro band, Project Pitchfork. His presence is only effective in one song, the title track. That’s interesting to notice that we had really the impression to listen to these two legendary bands in one and only song with first of all, the characteristic voice of Volker Zacharias, the guitar sound and the skill of Axel Ermes, which are perfectly blended with the sepulchral vocal performance of Spilles and a certain gloomy electro influence. “Ohne Dich” is a good track, but certainly not the ultimate hit! On this maxi, you’ll also find a club version of the main song, catchier as you can guess and also “Trust Me” a true goth rock b-side. (CX:7) CX.
