Mexican shop Mecanica starts record label Mecanica RecordsPosted on 09/07/13
César Bouroncle from the Mexico City based industrial music shop Mecanica announces us that he has launched a new record label: Mecanica Records. Bouroncle started the label as a way to release some european bands in Central/South America that already have a good audience in Europe and which are just starting to get fans in Mexico. The two first releases are out now, and the lucky ones are Lebanon Hanover and Selofan. You can order the releases from the Mecanica Records website.
Also scheduled is a 10" of Tying Tiffany and there are plans for the near future with other bands like Die Selektion, Boykott Communication, Soft Metals, and so on. You may also expect a label compilation.
For the regular readers, the name César Bouroncle should ring a bell. He was also featured in an article back in May when Side-Line reported on the mexican music scene. You can join the label on Facebook too.
