Next week the Artoffact label are releasing the vinyl version of Saltillo's Monocyte soundtrack "Monocyte: The Lapis Coil" (check the previews of the comic). Earlier this year the CD version was released, and it has quickly become one of the best selling releases on the Artoffact label. It was also in the top 50 electronic releases on iTunes and nabbed the #1 spot for industrial sellers on Amazon.com for over a week.
The vinyl includes 3 tracks from the CD, 2 new remixes, and an exclusive new track called "Necromancy". The vinyl is limited to 492 copies and will also be released digitally to iTunes and Amazon MP3. You can order the vinyl right here in the Storming the Base record store.
This month also marks the release of the fourth and final edition of Monocyte, the creator-owned comic by Kasra Ghanbari and menton3 that has rocked the comic world. The vinyl is a companion to the comic book and includes art that is tied into the Monocyte world.
You can download now a free MP3 of the track "If Wishes were Catholics (Side-Line give away)".
