Psy'Aviah album 'Introspection / Extrospection' delivers 2 club hits before it is even released
Out on November 25 but available already as pre-order via Alfa Matrix, is the newest Psy'Aviah album "Introspection / Extrospection". The band has already it's first club hit with "SOS Overdose" as featured on the free Alfa Matrix compilation "Matrix Downloaded (001)" and which also is included on the band's newest album. And now a remix by M.I.K.E. of the track "OK" is becoming another club anthem. Not surprising as Psy'Aviah has been working hard on maturing their sound the past year so we noticed when listening to their newest album.

Psy'Aviah was created in 2003 in Antwerp, Belgium by studio freak Yves Schelpe and female lead-vocalist Emélie Nicolaï. After having worked in the past with people from Front 242 or yet Ayria, this time they joined hands with e.g. Swedish based artist Kari Berg (ex-Ashbury Heights) who delivers vocals for the track "Deep Dark Desire". "Home" features the vocals of Misery singer Lis van den Akker. The third collaboration is with MC Dééjoohcéé and Thomas C Beerten on the electro rap "Nouveau Quiche".

The album also features a surprising cover version of Shakira's "Timor".

For the limited 2CD edition version of their new album, they asked some bands to make a cover-version of Psy'Aviah songs: "Tired" performed by Misery, "Home" by Hartung & Schleinitz (with vocals by the ex-Sero.Overdose lead singer), "Something Evil" by Chaos All Stars feat. Mona Roukachi (see here or below), "SOS Overdose" by Leaether Strip who added his own style and extra lyrics, and many more. The whole was completed with remixes by Noisuf-X, Radical G, SAM, Freakangel or yet trance godfather Mike Dierickx who delivers a remix under his "M.I.K.E." guise (see below or in the video section of our mobile app).

You can pre-order this fine release via Alfa Matrix. Recommended!
