One should never believe magazines like NME when it comes to Nine Inch Nails (and related?) news so it seems. In a reaction to all the rumours spread in magazines that Nine Inch Nails would be over and done, Trent Reznor has now announced that Nine Inch Nails are not dead despite having played their 'last ever show' in 2009. In a post on Facebook Reznor said: "NIN is not dead. I am about to work on some material that I believe will be quite different than previous NIN very soon."

Reznor is set to release a six-song EP with his wife Mariqueen Maandig, under the name, How To Destroy Angels. But you can already buy a first download single, "A drowning" at iTunes.
