The German Danse Macabre label has added 3 new bands to its roster: Oberer Totpunkt, Raven and O.S.C. (aka Olaf Seider Coincidence). Here's what the label is planning for each act. Oberer Totpunkt will release their new album "Erde ruft" (German for 'Earth calls you') and it tells the terrifying story of the circle of life in an expressionistic way. The album is a mixture of all minimalistic EBM styles with Hip Hop to even Rock elements, adding also classical brasses and harp dots. Add to his the vocals of Bettina Borman and you have a total packet which remind of bands like Goethes Erben or Das Ich.

Next is Raven aka Davey Strehler (see the above photo) who releases his debut EP "One Last Time". Think Him or Rasmus and you might have a clue what this Raven is all about. Expect rock goth hymns and string arrangements combined with a very emotional singing style. Also included on this debut EP is a cover version of the Beatles classic "Eleanor Rigby". A video clip of the title song "One Last Time" is being shot now together with the Xtra Fashion team in Ulm. For the moment, enjoy Raven playing "Facing the Sun" in Mexico City last year.
And the 3rd signing for Danc Macabre is O.S.C. (Olaf Seider Coincidence) which releases the "Zeitenwandel" album. Good to know, the line-up for this album not only includes Crematory's former guitar player but also Anne Clark, Sabotage QECQCE and Nude keyboardist Marc Werner. To be released on Danse Macabre on July 17th 2009. Check previews at www.myspace.com/olafseider .
